Its 2009 almost 2010 and I motivated and ready

Hello all bloggers I am not new to buddyslim I joined Buddyslim  at the end of 2007 or late summer 2007,but I wasn’t motivated I wanted to lose the weight ,but my spirit didnt feel like exercising. I didnt want to run, walk, jog, light exercise just didnt want to do anything . And I was losing inches not weight so. I also didnt want to obsess with weight lose or make myself sick. I had to take a small vacation from the dieting world lol I enjoyed food traveled a few placed and met nice people. Now I’m here motivated, ready to do it inspire people and be inspired

YAAA  im starting to see some progress in my weight loss journey. We all know that our bodies are different ,we all lose weight differently as well. Me myself personally i lose a lot of inches before i see the scale move, so im  a afraid of jumpin on that scaleplus i have a visitor hint hint. But I have noticed a difference, my jeans have gotten a little big around the waist and I can stand up longer. I use to get a small cramp in my lower back after standing for ten minutes. I was in the grocery store yesterday for about a hour and after a while I realized no back pain. So dont always count on the scale.

Well when i first started i have to admit i was not motivated, but i slowly started to eat right and less foods. And just lookin at some of the profiles and how well other people are doin  just makes you want to  reach your goals even more so im about to get off this computer and go do a work out routine probably abotu 30mins stay motivated everyone.

OK have started to cut back and eat more veggies and fruits now i just need excerise motivation need energy I’ll just think about how i would look in shorts if i stay focused
